Our biggest and most important project is the renovation of the Old Synagogue of Tapolca, in addiction creation of a cultural complex what not only in this region, but also in national or secular level could stand. But the stolperstein placement gets a featuring role too beside other things, for example guided tours (our CULtours).

Old Synagogue

The Old Synagogue is a very rare building with their four levels, which are including two cellar levels. We have a lot of interesting ideas, for example in the middle floor we would like a ritual bath, a mikveh, what was here a long time ago. It is absolutely a unique place with excellent possibilities. Until this time, unfortunately we needed to renovate this from personal ammount. If we finished it will be a cultural complex, what preserve, recall and pass on the jewish values.

Stolpersteins in Tapolca

In spite of the coronavirus in 2021 we placed nine stolpersteins on certain parts of the Main Square of Tapolca. These stones are the result of the last 5 years, we waited for this a long-long time, in addiction it is one of the biggest success' of our existence.

Renovation of Jewish Graveyard of Tapolca

The Federation of Hungarian Jewish Communities appointed us that we take part in the renovation of the Jewish Graveyard of Tapolca.

CULtours

Since 2020 we want systhematic trips, which include the Lessner's cellar system, the Old Synagogue and the Jewish Graveyard beside other interesting places, like the Lessner-house or the Frisch-cellar. With this aspiration we would like support the tourism of our region.

The first date was in Sep 6, 2020 (European Days of Jewish Culture - EDJC).
